Dennis Cohen, Office Depot’s senior director of private brand operations and global sourcing, has recently left the company.

Cohen spent 14 years at Office Depot at a variety of posts and was most recently responsible for the company’s $3.5 billion-plus global private brand business. He joins UL Responsible Sourcing, a provider of corporate responsibility auditing and ethical sourcing consulting services and part of UL-STR.

Cohen will have full responsibility for all strategic and operational plans for UL Responsible Sourcing.
