Burnaby School District (SD41) is a major public education authority located in the city of Burnaby, British Columbia, part of Metro Vancouver. It serves roughly 27,000 K–12 students across 41 elementary and 8 secondary schools, and employs over 4,600 staff members With over 50 % of residents speaking a primary language other than English or French, the district embraces cultural diversity and provides a wide range of programs—from Advanced Placement and French Immersion to visual and performing arts, athletics, and trades training
